Production Assembler 1st Shift

$25 - $30 per hour

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assembler 1st Shift to join their dynamic team. As a Production Assembler 1st Shift, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive in this role and contribute to the company's success.

Job Title: Production Assembler 1st Shift

Location: Ontario, CA

Pay Range: $25-$30

Shift: First Shift (Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm)

What's the Job?

Read and interpret blueprints and routings to produce parts according to specifications
Ensure the quality of assemblies through inspection and quality checks
Perform routine maintenance and maintain a clean work environment
Operate machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
Maintain accurate records of productivity, quality, and safety metrics

What's Needed?

2-3 years of experience in assembly or fabrication
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
Manual dexterity and attention to detail
Understanding of MSDS and handling hazardous materials
High school diploma or equivalent
