Job Description
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to leadership across global Sales & GTM functions.
- Partner with managers on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Coach leaders through complex employee relations and organizational challenges.
- Use data and people metrics to identify trends and influence decision-making.
- Proactively assess engagement, retention risks, and capability gaps.
- Support and strengthen leadership capability through coaching and training.
- Navigate and resolve employee relations matters with sound judgment.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistent global support.
- Drive process improvements through AI and automation tools.
- Monitor market and workforce trends to inform talent strategy.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of HR experience with 2+ years as an HRBP.
- Experience supporting Sales and GTM teams.
- Experience within a global organization (EMEA, APAC, Israel or LATAM).
- Demonstrated success handling employee relations matters with professionalism.
- Background in complex business environments with layered leadership.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to inform decisions.
- Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in AI, automation, and future-of-work trends.
