Associate Field Service Representative. N. Minneapolis and Northern Surrounding Area
$28.01 - $38.75 per hourStryker
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of Stryker robotic systems
- Provide phone and on-site customer support and verify operational quality of equipment
- Serve as technical liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters
- Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance visits and engineering updates independently
- Train customers on equipment operation, software upgrades, and maintenance procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years relevant field service or technical experience
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed
- Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering preferred
- Prior technical field service or mechanical experience preferred
Compensation: $28.01-$38.75 USD hourly (USN); $29.42-$40.69 USD hourly (US5)
