Print Specialist

Job Summary A Print Specialist is needed for a contract/temporary opportunity in North Charleston, SC with high-volume print, copy, document imaging, and mailroom needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on production work, customer service, and keeping daily operations organized and running smoothly. The Print Specialist will work in a service-focused setting where reliability, professionalism, and ownership are valued. This opportunity offers steady, practical experience in print operations, administrative support, and facility‑based document services within a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Operate high-volume printing, copying, binding, finishing, and document imaging equipment. Complete print and copy requests accurately, efficiently, and according to customer specifications. Support shipping, receiving, mail distribution, inventory tracking, and supply organization. Maintain copier and print equipment by handling basic upkeep, supplies, and service coordination as needed. Respond professionally to customer requests while providing timely updates and quality service. Stand, walk, lift, and move materials throughout the facility or warehouse during the workday. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $20.00 per hour. Job type: Contract/temporary. Location: North Charleston, SC. Dress code: Khaki or dress pants and collared shirt. Required Qualifications and Skills Operate high-volume print, copy, binding, finishing, and document imaging equipment. Support mail distribution, shipping and receiving, inventory tracking, and supply management. Respond to customer requests and maintain a professional service experience. Keep print center operations organized, accurate, and on schedule. High school diploma or GED required. 1 to 2 years of related experience required. Experience with printing, copying, binding, finishing, and/or document imaging equipment required. Strong customer service skills and a professional communication style. Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of daily tasks. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with good PC skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 to 55 lbs. Must be comfortable standing for up to 8 hours and walking throughout the facility or warehouse. Preferred Qualifications Print, copy center, or related high-volume printing experience strongly preferred. Previous experience in an education, administrative support, mailroom, warehouse, or document services environment is a plus.
