ServiceNow Business Analyst

Role Overview Serve as a Business Analyst supporting the Platforms - ServiceNow team. Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow-related initiatives. What You Will Do Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions across the platform. Requirements Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to ServiceNow. Proven experience with hands‑on coding and scripting. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
