Mercury is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead Workday optimization and modernization across HR systems. You will partner with the Head of People Operations to streamline processes, automate manual tasks, and scale employee experiences as the company grows. This role emphasizes designing compensation programs, security configurations, and analytics to guide strategic HR decisions. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Workday experience, strong HCM and Advanced Compensation knowledge, and a track #J-18808-Ljbffr Mercury.com
