Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a licensed pharmacist to support a retail pharmacy setting at a community hospital. The position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, with additional coverage every other Saturday, providing a well-structured workweek in a professional environment.

Location: North Judson, IN (local candidates preferred)
Job Type: Contract

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours/week)
• Every other Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill and verify orders accurately, ensuring all technician-prepared products meet quality standards before release
• Maintain the security and proper handling of pharmacy medications, including controlled substances
• Accurately enter patient information and prescription orders into the system
• Participate in a 3-day training/orientation before starting

Qualifications:

• Active Indiana Pharmacist license required
• Proven retail pharmacy experience required
• Familiarity with PioneerRx order entry system preferred
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Professional business casual appearance required
