Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a licensed pharmacist to provide professional retail pharmacy services at a community pharmacy setting in Knox, IN. This is a contract role designed to deliver essential staff coverage from June 29th and continue until a permanent hire is made. The position requires meticulous attention to detail and strict adherence to pharmacy protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill medication orders and verify technician-prepared products before dispensing
• Ensure security and proper handling of pharmacy inventory and controlled substances
• Enter orders and patient information into the pharmacy system with precision
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain efficient daily operations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Indiana pharmacist license is mandatory
• Substantial experience in retail pharmacy settings
• Proficiency with PioneerRx software is preferred for order entry tasks
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality

Schedule Details:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Every other Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Three days of onsite training/orientation required before official start
