Job Details Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 Job Title: High-Net-Worth Estate Planning Paralegal Job #: 5801 Location: Latham, NY Category: Legal Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Description: Our client is currently seeking a High-Net-Worth Estate Planning Paralegal/ Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities Oversee development and execution of the client’s estate plan. Maintain high-net-worth estate planning documents. Ensure client estate plans are routinely updated. Establish and maintain a clear line of communication with clients. liaise with various parties throughout the office to ensure synergy of workflow and timelines. Organize and maintain both physical and digital files. Oversight of a digital database. Draft, review, edit, and distribute case related documents. Qualifications Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. Must have 3+ years of experience in estate planning, wealth and/or asset management, financial services, or a related field. Ability to manage and meet numerous deadlines. Advanced understanding of financial concepts. Proficiencywith the MicrosoftSuite. Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
