Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff on shift; coordinate care with other disciplines
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and document care accurately
- Administer medications and monitor patient safety, responding to changes in patient condition
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team; provide education and discharge planning as appropriate

Requirements
- Active RN license in Oregon (unrestricted; or eligibility per state requirements)
- Ability to work 3x12 night shift schedule (36 hours per week)
- Demonstrated competency in obstetric/gynecologic patient care or OB/GYN nursing experience (preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment
