Responsibilities Perform field inspections of industrial equipment (storage tanks, pressure vessels, and piping systems). Generate calculations in accordance with API, ASME, STI, etc. Generate written reports utilizing MS Word and MS Excel. Develop AutoCAD drawings or isometrics. Manage projects ranging from $5,000 to $100,000. Manage client relationships. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Structural Engineering or a closely related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanical Integrity. Willingness to travel 30% outside of the office. Any of the following certifications: API‑510, API‑570, API‑653, CWI. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks is preferred. Engineer in Training (EIT) or desire to acquire Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred. Work Conditions Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection. Work from heights on scaffolding, ladders, elevated platforms, man‑baskets, etc. Work in confined spaces requiring crawling, stooping, climbing, etc. Work around operating equipment and industrial environments.
