We need an experienced AM that has worked on large, complex property driven accounts.
Desired Qualities:
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Knowledgeable with regards to insurance terminology, including coverages and their application
- Efficient, detail oriented, performs well under pressure and with accuracy
- Embraces technology and internal change to remain relevant within the industry
- Proficient in using major carrier online platforms for rating, quoting, binding, processing endorsements etc.
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately
- Organized and structured
- Responsive
- Takes complete ownership of delegated tasks
- Independent problem solver, and has the ability to think outside the box to achieve desired outcomes
- Believes in delivering a quality product, and excellent customer service
- Meets deadlines
- Takes initiative and delivers on promises
- Takes a proactive approach to managing assigned workload
- Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Required:
- Active Texas P&C license
- Access to internet
- Access to reliable means of transportation
- Appropriate working space in home
- Ability to commute to the office on required department meeting days, new hire training
