This role will primarily be performed in a remote setting, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. However, our outpatient office in Baltimore is also available for in-person sessions and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health conditions, developing personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Deliver individual and couples therapy using evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to promote personal growth and emotional resilience.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that foster community improvement and peer support, enhancing clients' social skills and coping mechanisms.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to track client progress, ensuring all ethical standards are adhered to, while managing sensitive patient information securely.

• Engage collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Stay informed about the latest trends and methodologies in mental health therapy, actively participating in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes adults, adolescents, and families grappling with a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. The ideal therapist will have the empathy and insight necessary to connect with diverse backgrounds and experiences, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their struggles.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental approach toward clients' experiences.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively juggle caseloads and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with both adult and adolescent populations in providing therapy.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Experience in utilizing teletherapy platforms to deliver remote counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
