Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the West team located at the Romeoville, IL distribution center. The role focuses on resolving inquiries, processing orders, and supporting both customers and the outside sales team. You will handle RFQs, credits, debits, and RMAs in the ERP/CRM environment while delivering professional, high-quality service.
