Operational Support Specialist

Provide operational support in keeping revenue in track across different business divisions. Apply business analysis techniques and strategic thinking to evaluate current processes and recommend improvements. Translate business performance drivers and metrics into insightful analysis and recommendations, influencing revenue goals and organizational decisions. Manage assignments independently and as a part of the team to identify, develop, and implement solutions that enhance operational effectiveness. Ensure data consistency across internal revenue platforms (Operative One). Compile organic and paid social reporting from Meta and Airtable. Coordinate the collection of supporting documents for custom billing; take screenshots of events in social platforms and compile project forms. Partner with finance to support P&L tracking, billing reconciliation, and media plan creation. Provide status updates on social, newsletter, and other digital deliverables. Assist senior manager with building and maintaining Airtable homebase, including deal entry, tracking, and ongoing updates. Provide day-to-day operational support to the senior manager and broader team as needed.

Required qualifications and skills include experience in digital media, advertising operations, revenue operations, or a related field. Working knowledge of paid social, digital campaign metrics, tracking, and media plan development is required. Proficiency with Airtable and/or SharePoint and Operative One is strongly preferred. Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and lookup formulas, is required. Experience in analytical, problem-solving, data reconciliation, or process improvement roles is necessary. Demonstrated analytical, creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically, are required. Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills are essential.
