MIEJSCE PRACY: Warszawa Twój zakres obowiązków Zarządzanie bieżącą działalnością operacyjną w podległym regionie; Wyznaczanie kierunków działania poprzez jasne określenie misji, motywowanie Menedżerów i Zespołów w strukturze rozproszonej; Odpowiedzialność za wyniki obszaru operacyjnego; Realizowanie celów przychodowych i kosztowych w skali regionu; Planowanie i wyznaczanie celów przychodowo/kosztowych oraz rozwojowych podległym strukturom; Opracowywanie i wdrażanie rozwiązań zwiększających wydajność i efektywność procesów operacyjnych; Orientacja na Klienta i analiza trendów rynkowych. Nasze wymagania Masz co najmniej 4 letnie doświadczenie w zarządzaniu Zespołem w organizacji o rozporoszonej strukturze; Masz gotowość do działania oraz preferujesz samodzielny, uporządkowany i zorientowany na wyniki styl realizacji zadań; Znasz język angielski na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację; Posiadasz prawo jazdy kat. B; Masz wykształcenie wyższe (nie jest to warunek konieczny). Umiejętności przywódcze i mediacyjne; Umiejętności sprzedażowe; Umiejętność strategicznego myślenia oraz operatywność; Umiejętność analizowania i interpretacji danych; Umiejętność zarządzania kilkoma, równoległymi projektami; Umiejętność analizowania i optymalizacji zasobów, dążenie do najlepszych wyników przy jak najmniejszych nakładach inwestycyjnych; Umiejętność identyfikowania obszarów nieefektywności; Odporność na stres; Gotowość do częstych podróży służbowych; Twoim atutem będzie znajomość branży Fitness.
