What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process in a fast-paced medical/surgical unit
• Assess patient needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure patient safety
• Manage and delegate responsibilities to licensed and ancillary staff effectively
• Use data and clinical judgment to evaluate patient outcomes and improve care quality
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and standards
• Stay current with hospital policies, procedures, and best practices

What You Need:

• Current Florida RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• 2+ years of medical/surgical nursing experience
• Proficiency in computer and software applications used in healthcare settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Preferred: Certifications in clinical specialty areas
