What You'll Do

• Deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process aligned with the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code, and Standards of Practice
• Assess patient needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies for diverse populations
• Delegate, supervise, and coordinate care activities with licensed and ancillary team members
• Communicate effectively and document clinical activities clearly
• Manage resources efficiently while supporting interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as accreditation standards
• Maintain professional accountability and participate in quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid Florida RN license
  • 2+ years RN experience in medical-surgical nursing
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Preferred:
  • Certification in a clinical specialty area
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with computer and web-based applications
