We're hiring a high-energy General Manager to lead operations at our Atlanta Airport location! If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys a challenge, and is passionate about developing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the daily operations of a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
  • Drive sales, manage labor and food costs, and maintain full P&L accountability
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Ensure fast, friendly, and consistent guest service
  • Maintain compliance with airport regulations, TSA requirements, and food safety standards
  • Build strong relationships with team members, airport stakeholders, and vendors

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of QSR or high-volume restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
  • Strong financial, operational, and performance management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain airport security clearance
