Program Analyst USARCENT Staff Augmentation — G4 (Logistics) Directorate Shaw Air Force Base, SC Openings 1 position Location USARCENT HQ, Bldg 1947 (Patton Hall), Shaw Air Force Base, SC Schedule Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 0800–1630 (30-minute unpaid lunch) Security Clearance SECRET Employment Type Full-Time, Contract — contingent on contract award About the Role You'll support the G4's contract portfolio management and logistics planning functions, providing programmatic and analytical support to G4 leadership. What You'll Do Analyze logistics program data, budgets, and performance metrics to support decision-making. Prepare programmatic status reports, briefings, and decision papers for command leadership. Track program milestones, funding execution, and resource allocation. Support program reviews, working groups, and process‑improvement efforts. Coordinate with resource management and contracting staff on program‑related matters. What You'll Need Prior experience in program analysis, program management support, or logistics planning within a military or DoD environment. Strong analytical, briefing, and report‑writing skills. Working knowledge of DoD program/budget execution processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. U.S. Citizenship required. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. Must be able to complete a favorable background investigation appropriate to the position within the first week of starting, and obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) within the first two weeks. Must complete required security, anti‑terrorism, and information assurance training within the first 30 days, and annually thereafter. If the position requires a security clearance, must complete annual threat‑awareness and operations‑security refresher training.
