Role Description
The Service Coordinator is responsible for completing the intake process, educating clients and their representatives, and managing a full caseload of clients with a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
- Experience working with Waivered Services and/or PCA is a plus.
Requirements
- Ability to organize and prioritize.
- Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Maintain a high standard of professional courtesy, flexibility, confidentiality while working in a fast-paced office environment, independently and as a team member.
- Advanced skills in the use of office technology, including MS Office Suite with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
