Responsibilities Work closely with HR teams and IT on technology projects Act as a strategic advisor for digital HR transformation Drive the adoption of AI technologies within HR ecosystems Lead Workday configurations and integrate AI features Manage strategic HRIS projects with cross-functional collaboration Evaluate cutting edge AI vendors and tools in HR space Identify bottlenecks in HR workflows and improve automation Ensure smooth adoption of new enhancements across the enterprise Requirements Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience Four or more years of relevant experience required Proven experience architecting and optimizing the Workday Recruiting module Strong background in Project Management Deep understanding of core Human Resources processes Strong relationship-building skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
