• Assist in specimen collection and ensure proper preparation of samples for testing as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all processes, guide new team members or students, and contribute to maintaining laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a hygienic, safe workplace while adhering to relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree with eligibility for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure with us.
