The successful candidate will be responsible for the full financial spectrum, from accounting and cash management to strategic planning and performance analysis. This includes partnering with executive leadership to shape financial strategy, overseeing financial management, reporting, and accounting operations, and ensuring financial accuracy and disciplined cash flow. The role also involves maintaining strong internal controls, compliance with GAAP and company policies, and leading the finance team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented manufacturing environment. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in accounting and financial management, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
