Schedule: Rotating schedules Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, no weekends required

Starting Pay Rate: $19

Assists in the billing, claims, collections, and accounts payable processes as assigned. Attributes required include: work ethic/integrity, relational skills, strategy and planning, problem solving, and team orientation.

Essential job functions include making collection calls for outstanding invoices, assisting in the production of collection letters, communicating with facilities to assist with billing and collections, making outgoing calls to insurers and responsible parties to follow up on rejected claims, assisting with credit card payments and collections, and working collaboratively with co-workers to meet department deadlines.

Education and/or certifications required: high school diploma or GED. Skills and qualifications include 1+ years of related experience, advanced computer skills, ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Work environment includes the ability to work flexible hours.
