Position Summary

As a Medication Technician, you will build strong relationships with residents while helping them stay safe and comfortable. You will be part of a supportive team that values your work and helps you grow. We offer flexible schedules, fast access to your pay, and free meals. Requirements

Give medications the right way and on time
Watch residents and report any changes
Help with personal care and daily tasks
Work as a team with caregivers and nurses
Help keep the community calm, safe, and welcoming

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Medication Aide Certification preferred
Prior experience in long-term care or as a Medication Aide preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under supervision
Calm, professional response in fast-paced or emergencies
Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking)
