Senior Project Manager

Overview We're seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale data center projects across West Texas. This is a high-impact role responsible for managing construction execution from pre-construction through commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Lead all phases of data center construction projects Manage contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders Oversee project schedules, budgets, risk management, and reporting Drive site safety and quality assurance programs Coordinate design, construction, commissioning, and handover activities Manage utility, permitting, and regulatory interfaces Support commercial negotiations, procurement, and change management Ensure successful project delivery across multiple active sites Qualifications 10+ years of construction project management experience Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, project controls, and contractor management Experience managing large capital projects from concept through completion Strong commercial, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Preferred Experience Hyperscale or colocation data center construction Utility-scale power infrastructure and substations EPC, CMAR, or Design-Build project delivery models PMP, CCM, PE, or similar professional certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
