The Skilled Carpenter plays a vital role in residential and commercial construction projects, contributing expertise in framing, finish carpentry, and installation. This role requires handling materials with precision, alongside knowledge of plumbing, tile, and electrical systems to support diverse project requirements. The position demands reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills, operating both independently and within small teams while adhering to safety standards and quality controls.

Proficiency in reading blueprints is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing and finish carpentry with accuracy
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction tasks
• Handle material loading, unloading, and organization
• Install various components considering plumbing, tile, and electrical systems
• Take precise measurements and maintain layout accuracy
• Maintain and care for hand and power tools
• Enforce safety compliance across all work activities
• Identify and resolve construction challenges efficiently
• Ensure quality control throughout carpentry processes

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass background check and drug test
