In-Home Sales Representative

Location: Berlin, CT (and surrounding areas)

About the RoleAs an In-Home Sales Representative , you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering solutions tailored to their vision. This is an outside sales role where you’ll use advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions.
Your Responsibilities- • Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
- • Participate in weekly sales training to continuously improve your skills
- • Design customized bath solutions using our user-friendly software
- • Provide pricing and close sales on a consistent basis
- • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- • Previous sales experience (home improvement or remodeling is a plus)
- • Reliable transportation and local residency
- • Confidence in presenting and speaking with homeowners
- • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- • Outgoing and professional personality
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential , where your income is directly tied to your performance and experience. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, driven, and looking for flexibility with high earning potential.
