• Operational Flow: Ensure the recruitment process runs efficiently by utilizing Google Calendar for scheduling and Google Drive for smooth document management.

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to final interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate journey.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with a diverse candidate pool.
• Ability to craft engaging job postings that stand out on major job boards and attract top talent.
• Proven track record of conducting high-volume phone screenings and initial interviews to identify the best candidates.
• Strong organizational skills to manage scheduling and documentation using Google Calendar and Google Drive.
