Overview
Registered Nurse, OB/GYN – Hanford, CA. Travel assignment begins 08/24/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,289–$2,340 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) on a 3x12 schedule in a short-term acute care hospital.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for OB/GYN patients using established standards of care and the nursing process
- Monitor patient data, identify care issues, and develop and implement a plan of care
- Coordinate care with other disciplines, supervise assigned nursing staff, and ensure safe, healing care environments
- Participate in discharge planning and provide patient/family education and treatment team communication
- Delegates appropriately and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Maintain proficiency in Epic and respond to OB/GYN emergencies, including labor and delivery recoveries and cesarean sections

Requirements
- RN license in the state of practice (California) – active and unrestricted
- BLS or HS-BLS or RQI-BLS, CPR certification from an approved vendor per policy
- AHA- BLS or ARC-BLS required; AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS required; AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS required
- Minimum two years of recent RN experience in the field; acute care/OB experience preferred
- BSN preferred
- EPIC electronic medical record experience required
- Ability to work night shift in a short-term acute care setting
