Accounting Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support the accounting department with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial recordkeeping. Responsibilities Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable Process and record invoices, payments, and transactions Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts Assist with payroll processing Keep track of taxes Maintain and organize financial records and documentation Prepare basic financial reports as needed Support month-end and year-end close processes Respond to vendor and client billing inquiries Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information Strong communication and time management skills Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday-Friday #J-18808-Ljbffr WindowStill
