Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies using labor market insights and competitive intelligence
• Provide full cycle recruiting services including strategy sessions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and compliance documentation
• Ensure candidate experience excellence to drive the employer brand as an employer of choice
• Consult with business leaders on recruiting strategies, candidate assessment, metrics, analytics, and forecasting
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, industry contacts, and candidates
• Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and labor laws
• Solve recruiting issues independently, escalating complex matters as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent training/experience
• HR or recruiting certifications
