What You’ll Do Focus on patient care, with support from our veterinary assistants and remote nurse team you’ll be able to concentrate on the patients in front of you. Work side by side with veterinarians pushing the boundaries of veterinary medicine and providing top‑quality patient care, supporting communities across your region. Your skills will be thoroughly developed through providing insights and techniques that introduce you to a full scope of practice. Use innovative technologies, new medical equipment, and more as you pilot clinic tools that have not yet broken into the mainstream. Attend internal educational events provided by our Medical Operations Team. What You’ll Get Competitive pay range $7.25–$17.95 per hour; pay varies based on university policy and location. You Have Must be enrolled in an AVMA accredited veterinary technician or veterinary nursing program and will be in a class that requires externship hours and/or skills.
