Responsibilities Client Support : Provide a positive, reassuring experience for pet parents, ensuring they feel confident about their pets’ well‑being. Procedural Assistance : Collaborate with doctors and technicians during treatment plans and surgical procedures, including safe restraint of pets. Clinic Maintenance : Keep the clinic clean and organized, ensuring it’s in top condition for patients, clients, and staff. Qualifications Experience : At least 1 year of experience as a veterinary assistant. Team Player : Strong collaborative skills and willingness to work closely with veterinarians and technicians. Enthusiasm : Passion for innovating and delivering best‑in‑class care whenever pets need it. Organization & Efficiency : Detail‑oriented, with a focus on productivity and clinic flow. What Catches Our Eye Emergency/Urgent Care : Previous experience in ER or urgent care medicine. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Base Pay : $20–$24/hour, plus 1.5x pay on Sploot‑recognized holidays.
