What You’ll Do as Sous ChefProvide strong leadership and support to the kitchen team, ensuring excellence in execution
Maintain the highest standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation
Assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members
Partner with restaurant leadership to drive company goals and create memorable guest experiences
Help manage food costs, labor, and kitchen efficiency
Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations and procedures
Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
Strong culinary knowledge with a focus on consistency and execution
A passion for training and developing others while fostering teamwork
Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve challenges effectively
A commitment to delivering excellence, every shift
