Responsibilities of a CNC Operator:
- Set up and operate CNC spring-coiling equipment.
- Read blueprints, work orders, and setup instructions.
- Adjust tooling and machine settings to meet specifications.
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other gauges.
- Meet production and quality standards.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements of a CNC Operator:
- Three years of manufacturing or related experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- CNC machine experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
