CNC Programmer

Trillium Professional is hiring for a CNC Lathe and Mills Machinists / Programmers in the greater Wilmington Area, NC (On-site)!


Pay rate is $26.00 - $40.00/hour (Based on Experience). Schedule is working full-time, consistent 40-50 hour weeks with overtime available.

As a CNC Lathe or Mills Machinist/Programmer, you will be a key player in bringing complex precision parts to life. You will be responsible for the setup, programming, and operation of advanced lathe machines, ensuring every component meets exact print specifications and tight tolerances.


Key Responsibilities:
-Program, set up, and operate a variety of CNC lathe or mill machines.
-Create and adjust programs (G-code) to monitor tool wear and optimize efficiency.
-Verify dimensions and part conformance using high-end precision measuring instruments.
-Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers.
-Load and indicate parts to fixtures with extreme precision.
-Collaborate with the production team to ensure consistent quality and output.

What We’re Looking For
-Experience: 3-5 years of professional CNC lathe or mill machining experience.
-Technical Skills: Proficiency in G-code programming and independent machine setup.
-Blueprint Literacy: Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
-Reliability: Availability for overtime or occasional Saturdays as production needs arise.
