Onsite CoordinatorThe Onsite Coordinator is responsible for managing staffing operations and serving as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, client HR representatives, and employees located in Piedmont, SC area. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and efficiently manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software applications are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main liaison for hiring managers, client HR, and employeesCollaborate with client managers to address and resolve recruiting and retention challengesCoordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programsEvaluate and refine staffing strategies and plansProvide coaching, counseling, and mentoring to staffAdminister performance reviews and monitor employee attendancePrepare and deliver daily client reporting as requiredLead recruiting efforts to meet client expectations The WorkSmart Group
