Recruiter Coordinator OpportunityBridgeWorks is looking to grow! We are seeking an outgoing friendly personality with experience in the recruiting world. This person will help hire for current openings and will begin to build their own accounts to manage. Having connections in the upstate and experience recruiting new accounts is a plus. Come work with a great company that supports helping people in the community.The Recruiter Coordinator is responsible for building new accounts and recruiting for existing accounts. They are responsible for the candidate on-boarding process, continuing care, administrative processes and recruiting. The position will also provide ongoing support to the employees/staff of BridgeWorks to resolve any concerns involving but not limited to complaints, pay concerns, discrimination claims, time adjustments and documentation updates. The Recruiter Coordinator also assists with ensuring client companies' needs are being met and surpassed, while ensuring relationships and lines of communication remain healthy.Processing online applications and paper applications received electronically.Issue New Hire Paperwork through ADPComplete Employer end of New Hire Paperwork.Complete Direct Deposit information with Employee (Set up direct deposit or pay card).Run Background Checks.Submit New Hire Paperwork and Direct Deposit Information to ADP.Make sure employee has all needed information for start date.Process candidate screenings, phone interviews, submit applicants to clients for review, follow up with applicant and client to arrange interviews and other requirements needed per client.Check in with Candidate right before Client interview time to ensure they are there.Follow up with Candidate following the Client Interview.Follow up with hired candidate to ensure timeliness and appropriate requirements met for reporting first day/shift.Qualifications:2 or more years in staffing industry.Strong computer and database skills required.Primary Hours Monday – Friday 8:00-4:30 Flexible hours as job requires throughout rest of the week.Religious:Be followers of the Lord Jesus Christ expressed through a personal profession of faith and Christian conduct. Agree without reservation with the Doctrinal Statement of the ministry.
