You will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of thesearch. As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will provide consultativedirection and industry expertise to hiring leaders. Work Location: Greenville, SC, USA Work Setup: Hybrid; 3 days/week onsite Job Description Duties and Responsibilities: Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine positionspecifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies. Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strongcandidate slates while building talent pipelines. Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on theirprogress. Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations. The anticipated starting salary range for individuals in this position is $60,000 - $65,000 dependent upon experience, geography, and industry knowledge. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on the achievement of defined goals and benefits including: Various medical plans based on coverage needed including medical, dental and vision STD, LTD, and HSA 401K with a match of 50% up to the first 4% Qualifications Position Requirements: High school diploma. Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agencysetting. Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)and social media tools. Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics relatedto talent acquisition.
