Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a digitally savvy, detail-oriented marketing specialist to support product messaging, launch readiness, and customer engagement initiatives for a B2B environment in Tennessee. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who can combine strong writing skills, project coordination, and hands-on use of AI and marketing automation tools to move work forward efficiently. The role will partner with cross-functional teams to turn complex product information into clear content that supports launches, education, and ongoing customer communication.Responsibilities:• Partner with product managers, launch stakeholders, and business teams to build marketing materials that support B2B product introductions and promotions.• Convert technical details into clear, customer-oriented messaging for product pages, sales enablement materials, digital content, and supporting communications.• Prepare launch assets across multiple channels, including e-commerce content, visual support elements, and distributor-facing or direct customer materials.• Plan and manage several marketing assignments at once while maintaining schedules, priorities, and key deliverables from kickoff through completion.• Oversee content calendars and launch timelines, providing regular updates, identifying risks early, and helping teams stay on track.• Create onboarding resources, educational materials, and engagement content that help customers understand product value, capabilities, and service offerings.• Contribute to webinars, training initiatives, product update communications, and other lifecycle marketing activities that strengthen customer engagement.• Use AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, and related tools to accelerate content creation while ensuring all outputs remain aligned with brand standards.• Support campaign planning and automated customer communication strategies through Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms, including segmentation and nurture-focused outreach.
