Director, Strategic Sourcing & Commercial Partnerships

AstraZeneca plc

Alexion is seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Commercial & Medical Sourcing to lead a high-performing team supporting our US Commercial and Medical organizations. In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage global strategic sourcing initiatives, partner with senior leaders, and deliver measurable value by balancing cost, risk, and supplier performance.

The role is based in Boston with hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to influence enterprise-wide sourcing across
