Senior Wealth Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Advisor to provide comprehensive wealth management advice and build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
This role partners closely with individuals and families to develop personalized financial strategies and help clients make the most informed decisions related to their wealth.
- Build and manage a book of business by developing strong client relationships and providing a best-in-class client experience.
- Deliver sophisticated financial planning and investment advice tailored to client goals and objectives, adjusting strategies as client needs evolve.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated, holistic solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Stay current on financial markets, planning strategies, and industry developments while ensuring adherence to regulatory and firm policies.
- 5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor.
- Proven track record of client acquisition and asset growth.
- Background in a wirehouse, independent broker-dealer, bank, or RIA environment.
- Financial planning experience preferred.
- CFP, CFA, or other professional designations preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team while being a self-starter.
- Outgoing, sales-minded, self-motivated, and multi-faceted, with a drive to help grow the business.
COMPENSATION
Compensation is competitive and based on experience, with range beginning at $125,000 annually.
