Senior Commercial Counsel - Global Enterprise Deals
Whop
Whop is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to lead the company's enterprise merchant, platform and channel agreements from our offices. You will draft, negotiate and close complex commercial deals while guiding outside counsel as needed. You will partner with product, risk and business teams on data privacy, DPAs, AI features and GTM terms, enabling growth while balancing legal risk. This hands-on role rewards ownership and practical judgement.
