This includes receiving, reviewing, routing, and archiving high-volume correspondence while ensuring adherence to agency protocols and timelines. Key Responsibilities:Log, track, and route incoming and outgoing official correspondence.Coordinate document review and approval cycles across PFPA offices.Prepare summaries, taskers, and reports related to correspondence status.Maintain digital and physical filing systems in compliance with agency policies.Support workflow management and ensure timely responses to external stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum of 3 years of high-level office support experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and correspondence tracking systems.Strong written communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Active Secret clearanceNalu Federal is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, marital status, sex (including pregnancy), gender identity or expression, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, genetic information (family medical history), or any other status protected by federal, state or local laws.
