Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse travel assignment in long-term care, located in Belen, New Mexico. Start date 09/10/2026 for 15 weeks. Weekly pay range is $734–$761 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift pattern is 3x12-hour day shifts (06:00–18:30). Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility. This assignment is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents, including basic assessments, monitoring, and administration of medications within scope
- Document care in the electronic health record and report changes to the supervising RN
- Administer prescribed medications and perform routine nursing treatments following facility policies
- Support activities of daily living, mobility, wound care, and equipment needs; ensure safety and comfort
- Participate in care planning, interdisciplinary rounds, and quality improvement activities
- Maintain infection control standards and professionalism during every interaction with residents and families

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico or ability to obtain prior to start
- Completion of an approved practical nursing program; current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts in a skilled nursing environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; proficiency with electronic health records
