Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) | 8:00–17:30 | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mammography imaging procedures in accordance with facility protocols and standards of care
• Operate and maintain Hologic mammography equipment
• Assist with or perform mammography-guided biopsy procedures as needed
• Document and chart patient imaging data accurately using Epic EMR
• Adhere to all facility compliance, scheduling, and float policies as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of mammography technologist experience required
• Valid state license or compact license — compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Familiarity with Hologic mammography equipment required
• Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (locals accepted at a lower rate)
• No on-call, weekend, or block schedule requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Mammography-guided biopsy experience preferred
• Experience charting in Epic EMR
• Prior travel contract experience in an acute care setting
