As a Sales Consultant, you don't just work in the community-you have opportunities to be part of it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build genuine relationships with customers and create a welcoming, no-pressure experience.
• Learn about each customer's lifestyle and help them find the right Subaru for their needs.
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection, demonstration, and purchasing process.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and product presentations.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Build repeat and referral business by earning trust-not by simply making a sale.
• Use dealership technology and CRM tools to manage leads, appointments, and customer follow-up.
• Work closely with the sales, service, parts, and finance teams to create a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in dealership and community events.
• Represent the Kocourek Subaru and Subaru LOVE philosophy in every customer interaction.
• Continue learning about Subaru products, technology, safety features, and the automotive industry.

Automotive sales experience is a plus, but it isn't required. If you have the right attitude and are willing to learn, we'll teach you the automotive business.
