Immigration Case Manager

This is a remote position. Our client is looking for an Immigration Case Manager with hands-on experience managing U.S. immigration matters and providing attentive support to clients throughout their cases. They are an established U.S. law firm focused heavily on immigration matters, with an experienced legal team handling cases ranging from family-based immigration and adjustment of status to humanitarian visas, removal defense, and complex immigration litigation. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of direct immigration case management or immigration paralegal experience, is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and can independently keep cases organized, documents accurate, clients informed, and deadlines under control. The position will primarily support Adjustment of Status (AOS)/family-based immigration and litigation matters. Experience with Special Visas, Consular Processing, and removal defense is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Manage immigration cases throughout different stages of the case lifecycle.
• Support Adjustment of Status, family-based immigration, and litigation matters.
• Communicate directly with clients in both English and Spanish, providing professional and compassionate case support.
• Gather, review, organize, and maintain client information and supporting documentation.
• Prepare immigration applications, forms, petitions, and related case materials for attorney review.
• Ensure applications and supporting documents are complete, accurate, and properly organized before submission.
• Complete electronic filings and maintain accurate digital case records.
• Monitor filing dates, court dates, case milestones, and other critical deadlines.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding information and documentation.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date case files and records.
• Assist attorneys and other team members with immigration-related administrative and case management tasks.
• Handle multiple active matters while maintaining accuracy, organization, and timely follow-through.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an Immigration Case Manager, Immigration Paralegal, or in a substantially similar immigration-focused position.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Direct experience preparing U.S. immigration applications and supporting documentation.
• Experience managing immigration cases and deadlines.
• Familiarity with electronic filing processes.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Strong English writing and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and other team members.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Adjustment of Status and family-based immigration cases is strongly preferred.
• Immigration litigation experience is highly valuable.
• Experience with Special Visas, Consular Processing, and/or removal defense is a plus.
• Broader exposure to multiple areas of U.S. immigration law is preferred.
